✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

* Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and pets if you are bringing one.

SAFETY & SECURITY: For your security, an exterior entry camera is in place to verify guest count. We also use noise decibel monitors inside and outside to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors; these devices do not record audio.

Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property

 WILDLIFE: Our home is nestled in nature. You may see local wildlife like deer, squirrels, or even an occasional bear. We perform routine pest control, but please remember you are in the mountains.
