Parking: small lot at end of Wood Street; overflow parking at the end of Park Street.
Note: must show beach pass or be accompanied by someone who has one.

Just minutes from restaurants, water activities, Big Boulder & Jack Frost ski resorts, hiking trails, indoor waterparks, golf courses, and charming local shops, it’s the ideal location for both relaxation and recreation. Whether your guests are coming for a quiet retreat or a fun mountain getaway, Lake Harmony offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.

Important reminder: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. The community here really values a peaceful environment in the evenings, and this is something the HOA actively monitors. We kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum after this time so everyone can fully enjoy a relaxing stay.

Minimum Age Rental Requirement = 21 years old as per local township regulations. Children under 2 also do not count toward total guest count. The home can hold 22 guests.

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

CHECK IN/OUT:
1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval)
2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee.

GUEST CHECK IN:

1. Entry will be by keyless entry.
2. Guest check in screening will occur via security camera.
3. Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pets .

WILDLIFE
Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, squirrels, bugs/spiders/ants, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you are out of starter pack supplies. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

COMMUNITY USE

1. Wristbands must be worn/purchased to use the Lake Harmony Beach/lake. They must be returned in the home after check out. Any lost or damaged passes will result in a $75 charge to replace.
2. Motorized boats are not permitted by renters to bring, you can rent from the local shops.

PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE
Please note Lawn Services may come during your stay, we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay.

🌨️ WINTER REMINDER
We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months.
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property.
