This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with views of the lake. ☆☆GAME ROOM☆☆ In our garage we have a game room with pool, ping pong, darts, mini bowling, ax throwing and more! ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous lakefront views directly from the backyard patio or deck. Whether relaxing on the dock and sipping coffee or lighting a fire during sunset, theres something for everyone. Two Kayaks on the property with adult life jackets. Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. You can bring your own fishing poles as we do not provide it. Hammock for lounging. ☆☆ HOA COMMUNITY☆☆ HOA Form submitted 24 hrs before check-in, late fee of $100 if after 24 hrs. Fee also applicable for same day bookings. Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk. The Swimming Lake and Pool area $5/day per person (ages 14+). Pay early with card at the office (Tue–Sat, 9 AM–4 PM) * If you are arriving or at the property on non-office business days and would like us to arrange prepaid pool entry wristbands please message us prior to your start of vacation to coordinate this for you. Failure to coordinate this will result in not being able to get wristbands on Sunday or Monday when the office is closed unless paying cash at the pool. Wristbands are required to use all amenities. The hours for these areas are as follows: Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk Opens Memorial Day weekend (weekends only until 2nd week of June).
