There are 2.5 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with views of the lake.

In our garage we have a game room with pool, ping pong, darts, mini bowling, ax throwing and more!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆
The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous lakefront views directly from the backyard patio or deck. Whether relaxing on the dock and sipping coffee or lighting a fire during sunset, theres something for everyone. Two Kayaks on the property with adult life jackets. Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. You can bring your own fishing poles as we do not provide it. Hammock for lounging.

☆☆ HOA COMMUNITY☆☆
HOA Form submitted 24 hrs before check-in, late fee of $100 if after 24 hrs. Fee also applicable for same day bookings.

Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk.

The Swimming Lake and Pool area
$5/day per person (ages 14+).
Pay early with card at the office (Tue–Sat, 9 AM–4 PM)

• If you are arriving or at the property on non-office business days and would like us to arrange prepaid pool entry wristbands please message us prior to your start of vacation to coordinate this for you. Failure to coordinate this will result in not being able to get wristbands on Sunday or Monday when the office is closed unless paying cash at the pool.
  Wristbands are required to use all amenities.

The hours for these areas are as follows:
Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk
Opens Memorial Day weekend (weekends only until 2nd week of June).
The Swimming area of the lake and the pool area are open from Memorial Day until Labor Day each year.
CLOSED AFTER LABOR DAY
Open daily all summer starting 2nd week of June.
Please note that all swimming areas are "Swim at Your Own Risk," as no lifeguards are on duty.

Despite its quiet, rural feel, Pocono Summit is just a short drive from popular attractions like Kalahari Resort, Camelback Mountain, and Mount Airy Casino, offering plenty of entertainment options year-round. Ideal for a serene getaway with easy access to fun and adventure!

In Pocono Summit, having a car is the most convenient way to get around, as public transportation options are limited. The area is spread out, so a vehicle allows you to easily access local attractions, nearby towns, and outdoor activities. If you're looking to explore nature, a car is essential to reach trailheads, lakes, and scenic spots.

Minimum Age Rental = 21 years old

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations.

CHECK IN/OUT:

1. Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests.
2. Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a fee.
3. Wrist bands for amenities can be picked up at the office

GUEST CHECK IN:

1. Entry will be by keyless entry.
2. Guest check in screening will occur via security camera.
3. Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and pet if you are bringing one.

WILDLIFE
Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you use all of the starter packs. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.
